At Optimal Phone Interpreters, our mission statement governs how we conduct our business. It underscores the desire to serve our customer with extreme care and focus, and acts as a compass when we make service-related decisions. This core statement is another way of saying, "We always endeavor to do the right thing." It remains unchanged from the time I first wrote it, ten years ago:
To develop a national, values-oriented, customer-driven ancillary services organization serving our customer in their interactions involving a Limited English Speaker; to become the provider of choice through client relationship building and superior service; and to be the employer of choice by inculcating respect for the individual and commitment to personal integrity.
The staff and management at Optimal are dedicated to the goals affirmed in our mission statement. This has created a level of service and standard of excellence uncommon in our industry. As a result of the operational protocols in place at Optimal, we consistently offer one of the fastest connection times in the industry.
